DELIVERY

Due to our high demand, Shipping might take up to 2 to 4 weeks. However, most of our customers usually get their order way sooner. Please, we ask for your kind patience.

Once your order is dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with full details of the shipping agent handling your shipment together with tracking information.

If there are additional customs charges applicable for shipments into your country, the customer will be responsible for it.

 

Please note: Estimated Processing Time of 3-5 business days is applicable in both Standard and Express Shipping.

REFUND/RETURNS

All of our customers have been amazingly satisfied with their orders so far. However, we are aware of unexpected issues. 

We do not offer refunds. We currently offer return or exchange only under the following condition.

 

Our quality is at its best; however, if an item arrives damaged please contact us immediately by email services@luxuryvesture.com for assistance. Please attach your order number and clear proof pictures of the faulty/damaged items plus description, if approved we will engage in a store credit process.

Process:

  • Return the faulty/damaged product to us at the address provided at your own cost within 14 days from the date of the delivery. Once you ship the item back to us, Please provide us with any information that can help us keep track of the package such as tracking number and order number at our email services@luxuryvesture.com .

  • Once the item is received, we will review the faulty/damaged item. Once approved, we will immediately issue you a store credit. You will be able to immediately shop a different item of the same value; and we will ensure this time you get our Up to par quality item. 

Please rest assured those issues matter to us and we take them very seriously! 

Track my order?

You can track your order using the tracking number provided in your confirmation email and TRACK HERE.

Please we 90% guarantee deliveries within the estimates provided. Your order might be coming from different warehouses or one of our different warehouses in the world, please be patient. 

From our experience, Accessories usually take longer please be patient.

Different Tracking numbers? Different Parcels?

Yes! It is highly likely your order will be shipped into different parcels with different tracking numbers. It facilitates and expedites shipping. We ship items from different warehouses around the world. 

Also, there may be a  slight difference in the arrival time of the multiple packages.

Please, we ask for your kind patience.

 

Refund Express Shipping Fee?

Yes! An Express Shipping Fee will immediately be refunded to the customer if we fail to fulfill your order as Express. Please read and agree to our Shipping and Delivery Time before placing your order.

Lost Packages?

We are not responsible for lost packages. However, if it happens, please contact us immediately via Chat or email services@luxuryvesture.com with your Order Number and Tracking number.

We will work our best to resolve this issue.

Wrong address provided?

We are not responsible for wrong addresses provided, so please carefully review the information you enter before checking out.

If you mistakenly entered a wrong address, please immediately Chat us below or email us services@luxuryvesture.com with your order number before your order gets shipped.

We might be able to amend your order, however, it can’t be promised as we process orders rather quickly.

Items do not fit?

Sizes are not universal. We are not responsible for items not fitting if the requested size has been provided. Please read our "Description" as we mention the Fit and advise going up or down a size to avoid items not fitting.

I changed my mind ? Refused delivery ?

We enjoy serving you and work beautifully hard to prepare your order. We are not responsible for customers changing their mind after placing an order or refusing delivery.
